FAQ

1. How long does the whole process take? Starting from making an order till receiving the package? 
Usually it takes up to 12 hours for us to prepare your package after we receive a payment. Delivery usually takes from 3 to 31 working days.* 

2. Is it safe to order through the website? I am afraid someone could steal my personal data! 
You shouldn’t worry about it. Our website is located on our own secure server and our database is always protected. 

3. Shipping costs? 
Delivery service 30 – 50 EUR. (Depends on the package size) 

4. Is there a minimum order? 
No minimum order amount. 
We cover bigger amount orders which are divided in separate packages for extra security reasons 

5. Payment methods? 
We accept Western Union, Money Gram, Bitcoin and bank transfer. 

6. Can I get any discount if I make a big order? 
We have many discount levels also we have a bonus system for each order. For more detailed information, please contact us. 

7. How can I make an order? 
Please use the shopping card from the website to add the products and then fill in the order form with all the required information for delivery: e-mail address, name/ surname, street name, city, country, postal code. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CAREFULLY DOUBLE-CHECK THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND NAME. We won't be responsible for the mistakes and errors that you mention on the delivery application form. 

8. How long does it take to receive a response from you? 
We response on your e-mail in within 24 hours including weekends and holidays. 

9. What can I do if my package gets seized by customs? 
If the customs seize your package (what happens in barely 1% of all cases), please follow these rules: 
No need to worry, the recipient is not responsible for the contents! 
You will receive a letter explaining that a delivery has been seized possibly due to illegal or forbidden substances in the package (depends on local laws). 
You will be asked for explanation. You only need to claim that the delivery is not yours and was sent to you certainly by accident. 
Please contact our customer support, we will ask you to send us the scanned copy of the documents from customs and we will re-send your order.
